About the role
- Responsible for sales of our decentralized ventilation systems in the Baden-Württemberg region.
- Collaborate with experienced inside-service technicians to develop tailored solutions for our customers.
- Expand existing partnerships with architectural firms and planners and acquire new ones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and on-site meetings to provide technical project support and individual customer consultation.
- Take full ownership from planning and proposal preparation through to successful project completion, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in field sales or as a sales manager — ideally in a technical environment.
- Results-driven, solution-oriented personality with a strong ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders — whether architects, planners, or clients.
- Structured and independent working style: whether at the client's site, on the road, or at your desk — you maintain an overview of ongoing projects and nurture relationships with partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (German at least C1 level).
