AI Engineer

• Build a governed model access layer (self-hosted open-weight models, cloud-managed models such as Bedrock, and customer-supplied models)

• Establish patterns for evaluation, versioning, approvals, audit trails, and safe rollout
• Partner with product, security/compliance, and scientific teams to introduce AI-native architectures and ship capabilities customers can adopt

Principal AI Engineer

• You’ll deliver practical AI capabilities on top of our existing engineering and operations foundation (CI/CD, code quality, and observability) with strong guardrails for HIPAA/GxP and FedRAMP-boundary work.
• Build and operate an internal AI platform for developer workflows: code assistance, PR review support, test generation, documentation, and automation that fits how our teams work.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the toolchain (CI/CD, code quality, repos) and make adoption easy through templates, examples, and self-service patterns.
• Implement AI quality gates (policy checks, confidence thresholds, regression tests, secure-by-default configs) so AI-generated changes cannot be merged/released unless they meet standards.
• Design for regulated environments: implement logging/auditability, access controls, and data-handling guardrails for HIPAA/GxP work.
• Maintain a FedRAMP-boundary-safe approach for SBP Federal work (separation where required; evaluate compliant alternatives; prevent prohibited tooling/data flows).
• Partner with engineering leads and security/compliance to define and roll out internal standards for responsible AI use (including review practices and acceptable-use guidance).

Senior AI Engineer

Accountant

• Own and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals, amortization, equity‑related entries, and intercompany activity
• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain complete documentation and support for all accounting entries and balance sheet accounts

Program Manager

Compliance

• Bring ‘Security by design’ principles to product development activities
• Managing the GRC program, defining the roadmap for maturity across governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and mature the organization's Information Security Management System including risk treatment, internal audits, and readiness for external certification audits
• Serve as the SME for high-stakes compliance frameworks, specifically FedRAMP, and maintaining advanced leadership over HIPAA and the ISO 27001 family (including 27017/27018 for cloud security).
• Lead the development and revision of enterprise-level security policies, standards, and control frameworks to align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Manage GRC with focus on lean, efficient implementation by leveraging automation of activities
• Lead FedRAMP authorization (e.g., Readiness, Assessment, and Continuous Monitoring), including coordinating with the 3PAO (Third-Party Assessment Organization) and government agencies.
• Provide solution oriented technical guidance to Cloud Engineering, Security Operations, DevOps, and Product teams on architecting, implementing, and documenting controls required for FedRAMP, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Principal InfoSec GRC Specialist – Contract / Permanent

QA Engineer

• Own and continuously improve the ISO 13485-aligned Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, training, management review, CAPA, non-conformances, and quality metrics.
• Ensure inspection readiness and host FDA inspections, IVDR/MDR Notified Body audits, and customer quality audits.
• Operationalize regulatory requirements into engineering and operational processes, including design controls, risk management facilitation (ISO 14971), and IEC 62304-aligned SDLC governance.
• Maintain inspection-ready Design History Files (DHF), traceability, release, and change control processes.
• Establish and maintain a supplier quality and validation oversight program for critical vendors and service providers.
