Serve as the in-house expert for Acumatica & Velixo, advising customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices, workflows, and solution design
Lead discovery sessions, solution reviews, and feedback loops to ensure the roadmap reflects customer priorities
Work with sales and customer success to demonstrate how Velixo addresses specific Acumatica use cases and enable adoption
Translate customer insights and market trends into prioritized backlog items and product strategy
Partner with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful releases and adoption
Track developments within Acumatica ERP, including new modules, features, and industry requirements
Engage directly with Acumatica users and partners to shape the roadmap and solve real-world ERP challenges
Requirements
Recognized expert in Acumatica ERP with extensive hands-on experience
Implemented and used Velixo in real-world settings
Experience working directly with end customers (not just through a VAR or ISV)
Understanding of customers' financial, reporting, and operational challenges
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations
