💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Order & Systems Management: own end-to-end wholesale order entry and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across EDI and ERP systems; ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, shipping windows, and labeling requirements to minimize chargebacks; develop tools and trackers that improve visibility and accountability across the order lifecycle; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Logistics, 3PLs) to problem-solve order exceptions or fulfillment delays
- Inventory Allocation & Fulfillment: partner with Planning and Logistics teams to maintain healthy stock levels, balance wholesale demand with inventory constraints; own the seasonal allocation and delivery calendar; track order status and delivery compliance; coordinate seasonal sell-in and reorder execution
- Reporting & Process Improvement: build and maintain reporting dashboards across bookings, shipments, and account performance; identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and implement process improvements; support post-season analysis and channel recaps
- Account Onboarding & Setup: coordinate cross-functional partners (Sales, EDI, Logistics, Finance) to ensure systems and processes are set up ahead of time; ensure initial orders ship on-time, in-full, and in compliance
