About the role

  • Design and develop high-quality reports using Velixo and your knowledge of ERP systems - reports should be user-friendly, generic, reliable, and error-free.
  • Test thoroughly : perform unit and QA testing on both your own reports and those created by peers and develop repeatable test scripts to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Continuously improve and innovate - enhance, document, and maintain a growing portfolio of impactful, game-changing reports.
  • Collaborate across teams : contribute to initiatives with Product Management, Product Marketing, Professional Services, and Training.
  • Support customer success : work closely with our Support team to ensure clients receive industry-leading assistance, while capturing feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders : occasionally participate in strategic pre-sales or sales meetings to provide technical insights and showcase Velixo’s value.
  • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

  • Team player
  • Creativity, attention to detail, curiosity and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong experience in report development for ERP software and key ERP knowledge
  • Proficiency with data, APIs and reporting tools, Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Mid-level knowledge (5-8 years of experience) working with ERP software systems, particularly: Acumatica / MYOB Acumatica, and Dynamics Business Central
  • Significant expertise in at least one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Hospitality, Healthcare, Professional Services
  • Knowledge of accounting basics (not necessarily CPA)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting
  • Good project management skills and an understanding of agile methodology
  • A university degree is a plus but not necessary
