Lead global technology-based enablement initiatives; craft engaging learning experiences for onboarding, product training, sales skills, and ongoing enablement.
Assess training needs and recommend learning solutions across digital, blended, microlearning, and social learning modalities.
Oversee development of technology and AI-based resources to boost sales team effectiveness using rapid authoring, AI tools, and micro-learning platforms.
Partner with Sales Acceleration stakeholders and subject matter experts to design microlearning, job aids, playbooks, instructor-led training, role plays, simulations, videos, and AI-powered resources.
Use authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite, Synthesia) and LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Sana) to deploy content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, learning designers, program managers, Revenue Intelligence, and sales leadership to ensure alignment and measure impact.
Champion integration of technology, data, and learner feedback; recommend enhancements to AI tools and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver analytics on the impact of AI-enabled learning assets and use sales/customer/market data to develop personalized, AI-driven learning resources.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage global, culturally diverse collaborations.
Travel up to 20% for international meetings, events, and workshops.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in instructional design within sales enablement, focusing on data-driven, AI, and machine learning for content creation or training.
Advanced proficiency with modern design/authoring tools (ChatGPT, AI-based authoring, Synthesia, Articulate, Canva, etc.).
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite, Synthesia.
Experience with LMS platforms like Workday, Cornerstone, or Sana.
Experience with LMS integration (e.g., MuleSoft) and analytics platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and creating content for real-world sales challenges.
Experience working with global, culturally diverse teams.
Skilled in curriculum development and coordination for sales environments.
Ability to analyze learning data, evaluate strategies and recommend improvements to achieve business results.
Strong understanding of instructional and UX design principles, adult learning theory and accessibility standards.
Ability to travel up to 20% internationally; VISAs may be required.
