Build and maintain technical enablement resources that empower our Sales and Partner teams to win
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product strategy and GTM approach
Report to the WW On-Prem to Cloud Sales Leader and partner with Sales Specialists, Renewals, and field Sales teams
Requirements
10+ years of enterprise technical pre-sales experience, with proven success in cloud/SaaS solutions
Fluency in Spanish and English required, French preferred
Experience architecting backup and recovery solutions, preferably in Microsoft 365 environments
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 data protection, M365 API, and cloud security
Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value
Strong history of cross-functional collaboration and relationship building with customers and internal teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
