About the role

  • Concept, design/assemble new static ads addressing different markets, formats and performance data trends
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to research, develop insights/hypotheses, and run profitable optimisation tests (captions, KV swaps, formats, placements, ad copy x creative combinations)
  • Translate and design/assemble winning visuals into short-form video ads (concepts, layouts, formats, themes, audio suggestions, hook frames)
  • Audit, design, and optimise landing pages, funnels, and CRO flows (offers, banners, pricing tables, upsells/downsells)
  • Design/assemble new funnels and post-click assets (listicles, advertorials, RT pages, quizzes, subscription/referral pages)
  • Collaborate with Influencer, Content, Video, Affiliate, Media, Data, Amazon, Product, and Retention teams to support acquisition and retention
  • Maintain and grow research banks (swipe files, templates, idea docs) and map customer journey touchpoints across ads, LPs, and emails
  • Ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and compliance with platform ad policies; partner with media and product teams to keep ideas converting after compliance edits
  • Apply and integrate AI tools into workflows to scale creative production, generate insights, and document/automate winning formulas

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or related performance marketing roles
  • Proven track record of creating ads and funnels that scale profitably for 8-9 figure brands (portfolio required)
  • Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will be rejected)
  • Strong understanding of paid algo platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how design impacts performance metrics (Spend, CTR, CVR, LTV)
  • Strong ability to translate customer insights and data into creative concepts
  • Skilled in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva) and comfortable briefing editors/creators
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page design, and customer journey funnel
  • Familiar with AI creative tools (GPT, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, Elevenlabs) and workflow automation
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
