About the role
- Document end-to-end IT operational processes, including change, escalation, and communication matrices
- Develop detailed process flows using Visio or equivalent tools
- Capture and consolidate best practices and governance standards into operational documentation
- Produce high-quality technical writing and reusable templates for project governance
- Establish and maintain a centralised “golden source” of operational process documentation
- Partner with IT stakeholders and other business units to validate processes and ensure alignment with standards
Requirements
- Proven background as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Writer within IT operations
- Strong capability to map, analyse, and document complex processes
- Proficiency with Visio (or similar process documentation tools)
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Experience in operational process uplift, data quality initiatives, or IT governance preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid Boston-based role requiring 3 days per week in-office
