• Lead overall programme delivery across the Modern Workplace and IT Operating Model workstreams.
• Coordinate project activity and ensure both workstreams remain aligned to the wider programme charter, scope and objectives.
• Own programme-level reporting, consolidating project updates into clear senior stakeholder packs.
