About the role
- Own strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of Vantaca's accounting features for management company employees
- Document detailed requirements and ensure stories meet "Ready" criteria
- Support product strategy and formulate roadmap for domain
- Identify opportunities for product improvement within product domain
- Use quantitative and qualitative methods to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into prioritized roadmap and go-to-market strategies
- Define and track milestones, metrics, and KPIs to monitor product performance and adoption
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope
- Conduct user interviews, discovery sessions, and other research to represent customer needs
- Build and maintain a roadmap and sprint backlog at least 2-3 sprints ahead
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature launches and adoption
- Provide transparent updates on product roadmaps, development progress, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to the Product Management team by supporting teammates and participating in collaborative culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of product management experience with accounting products
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving product growth and market success
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
- Collaborative leader who can build trust and mutual respect
- Experience in Community Management Software is a plus
- Strong business and creative capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and build concise reports
- Comfort working in a growth-mode company
- Self-starting and able to manage multiple competing tasks with limited direction
- Excellent attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
