About the role
- Lead production and execution of brand-building campaigns spanning video, photo, digital, and integrated channels
- Oversee the full creative project pipeline including day-to-day requests, marketing deliverables, and larger campaign initiatives
- Own full lifecycle of creative initiatives: intake, scoping, kickoff, production, reviews, and final delivery
- Scope, budget, and manage production for advertising campaigns including photo shoots, video shoots, animation, and live-action productions
- Source, negotiate, and manage external partners (agencies, directors, photographers, editors, animators)
- Streamline workflows, approvals, and documentation to scale team output
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by running kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems
- Serve as the operational backbone of the Brand Creative team; keep stakeholders informed and mitigate risks
- Introduce new processes, tools, and templates (including leveraging AI) to improve efficiency
- Build trust across marketing and growth teams as the go-to for flawless campaign execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative production and/or project management experience
- Minimum of 8 years supporting advertising campaigns
- Understanding of advertising production: live-action, photo, animation, and digital
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing deadlines
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creative vendors and production partners
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in high-growth tech/startup environments is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and design tools (e.g., Figma) (nice to have)
- Experience with contracts, licensing, and talent management (nice to have)
