About the role
- Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of SDRs including hiring and training new members
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the SDR organization
- Build and implement a data driven Outbound strategy
- Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
- Consistently deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and qualified opportunity targets
- Develop sales, product and industry skills of each team member
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
- Lead by example and champion company Principles while fostering a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.
Requirements
- Experience building and managing a high performing Outbound SaaS sales teams (Upmarket experience is a plus)
- Consistent track record of 100% team attainment as a front line leader
- Proven track record of scaling teams & selling complex solutions
- Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience
- You are within a commutable distance from the London office and willing to be in office 3 days per week
