About the role

  • Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of SDRs including hiring and training new members
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the SDR organization
  • Build and implement a data driven Outbound strategy
  • Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
  • Consistently deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and qualified opportunity targets
  • Develop sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
  • Lead by example and champion company Principles while fostering a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.

Requirements

  • Experience building and managing a high performing Outbound SaaS sales teams (Upmarket experience is a plus)
  • Consistent track record of 100% team attainment as a front line leader
  • Proven track record of scaling teams & selling complex solutions
  • Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience
  • You are within a commutable distance from the London office and willing to be in office 3 days per week
