Requirements
- 1+ year of sales development or related experience (B2B)
- Experience prospecting within mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Confidence in outbound Multi-Channel Prospecting: phone, email, and social
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and curiosity that aligns with O’Reilly’s values
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement Platform, Gong
- Familiarity with an E-Learning platform is a plus
