About the role
- Create and maintain close relationships with main stakeholders
- Engage the team and client’s main profiles with planning, communication and commitment
- Lead all project stages from discovery to post-implementation support
- Facilitate collaboration between business, strategy, design and technology to ensure clear product understanding
- Define product strategy, vision, strategic objectives and product roadmap
- Plan and maintain product roadmaps and release plans; reprioritize and confirm roadmap with stakeholders
- Define product requirements, turn research into technical specifications, evaluate and prioritize features, define MVP, refine backlog
- Lead product development: write user stories, maintain product backlog, plan sprints, accept user stories (UAT/sign off), write release notes
- Review and monitor project metrics; create performance reports
- Collaborate with team to estimate work efforts
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and team meetings
- Monitor and track project scope progress against time and resources
- Approve and sign off development deliverables for production release
- Proactively identify, report, and escalate issues while providing actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Ownership/Product Management
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, artifacts, and ceremonies
- Best practices driven
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex digital products with measurable business impact
- Team management experience
- Analytical mindset and excellent organization skills
- Proactive and hands on
- Continuous improvement oriented
- Eager to learn and challenge each day
- Advanced proficiency in English and native Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics is highly required
- Experience in consulting (a plus)
- Experience with Scaled Agile or SAFe (a plus)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (beneficial)
- Knowledge of UX / UI / Design Thinking (desirable)
