About the role

  • Drive coordination and execution of AI initiatives across the Viewer Experience (VX) organization
  • Build and maintain the VX AI roadmap, tracking progress, deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, schedule project meetings, and ensure timely execution and documentation
  • Define and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives and evaluate suitable technology solutions
  • Document clear requirements and success criteria; guide development and measure outcomes
  • Communicate AI portfolio updates to stakeholders and present at Tech Governance Council
  • Oversee AI documentation wiki and centralized storage repository; conduct debriefs and capture lessons learned
  • Manage AI presentations and demos; organize product demos with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
  • Coordinate review, negotiation, and approval of third-party vendor agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology management, business, computer science, other tech field or equivalent years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
  • 3+ years of experience aligning business goals and user needs into actionable requirements and driving product development
  • Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows, particularly within the CX domain
  • Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI technologies (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, NICE CXone Mpower, Microsoft Azure AI) to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of AI governance and ethical AI practices
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and fosters a positive, inclusive team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet), documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and influence decision-making across diverse teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
