About the role
- Drive coordination and execution of AI initiatives across the Viewer Experience (VX) organization
- Build and maintain the VX AI roadmap, tracking progress, deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, schedule project meetings, and ensure timely execution and documentation
- Define and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives and evaluate suitable technology solutions
- Document clear requirements and success criteria; guide development and measure outcomes
- Communicate AI portfolio updates to stakeholders and present at Tech Governance Council
- Oversee AI documentation wiki and centralized storage repository; conduct debriefs and capture lessons learned
- Manage AI presentations and demos; organize product demos with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
- Coordinate review, negotiation, and approval of third-party vendor agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology management, business, computer science, other tech field or equivalent years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- 3+ years of experience aligning business goals and user needs into actionable requirements and driving product development
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows, particularly within the CX domain
- Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI technologies (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, NICE CXone Mpower, Microsoft Azure AI) to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of AI governance and ethical AI practices
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and fosters a positive, inclusive team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet), documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and influence decision-making across diverse teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
