Lead the engineering team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the full Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Mail/Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Mail Routing, and DLP
Develop best practices for Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Microsoft 365 services
Manage mail routing and DLP policies to ensure data security and compliance
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and evaluate their impact on the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services
Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
Oversee project development and ensure timely delivery
Define and implement governance models for Microsoft 365 environments
Align platform capabilities with business strategy and long-term vision
Evaluate platform metrics and contribute to strategic planning
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Drive digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Over 10 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years in a technical leadership role within the Microsoft 365 suite
Proven experience in leading engineering teams
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint and Exchange
Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
