About the role
- Oversee IT infrastructure program providing a common view for enterprise-wide capabilities.
- Plan, direct, and manage an infrastructure team to meet standards and best practices for IT/Network operations in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Serve as single point of contact for the customer and communicate frequently with customer and ValidaTek leadership.
- Own strategic vision and successful delivery of the program, including fiduciary responsibility for revenue generation.
- Drive execution, accountability, continual process improvement, and motivate/reward team members for performance.
- Ensure compliance with cleared-environment rules and safeguard classified information.
- Occasional long-distance CONUS travel dictated by contracting officer.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience with 5+ of those years in a DoD environment.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and management projects/operations in an organization similar in size to the work being done for the customer.
- Demonstrated experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
- PMP certification required.
- ITIL Foundations certification required.
- DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification required.
- Current TS clearance and SCI eligible.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a cleared environment and follow rules/regulations to safeguard classified information.
- Willingness to travel CONUS (long-distance) as required.
