  • A business analyst uses data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or an IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA a plus
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories
  • Knowledge of the nine project management knowledge areas: Cost Management, Time/Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, Quality Management
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting IT, preferably in operations or business analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology in an area related to customer service, customer liaison, customer relationship management or vendor management.
  • 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation
  • 2+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of project management software (MSFT Project, Trello, Jira, HP PPM, CA Clarity)
  • Understanding of Gantt charting, critical path methods, and project scheduling
  • Advanced working knowledge of Office products including: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Travel 0 up to 10%
  • Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to continually sit at a desk in front of a computer and in meetings
  • Position requires infrequent travel commercially by airplane or car
  • Periodic travel to an office building/client location required
  • Must be able to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal job duties
  • Use of a keyboard/mouse and communicate via telephone and/or video teleconference is required.
