Operations

• Directly manage a group of Ops Coordinators, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Serve as the POC (Point of Contact) for select customers and/or own complex delivery projects and operational initiatives, ensuring work is executed accurately and on time.
• Help stabilize delivery during high-volume periods by prioritizing work, resolving operational issues, and stepping in when necessary.
• Stay close to day-to-day delivery and team dynamics, identifying risks to delivery quality, team health, or workflow performance early.
• Partner with the owner of live ops on shift scheduling and workload distribution to ensure balanced coverage across customers and workflows.

Operations Team Lead – Second Shift

• Support Provider Practices: Process and verify patient and referral data with a high degree of accuracy and urgency using internal and our partners’ tools.
• Maintain Operational Quality: Follow standard operating procedures while also surfacing bugs or patterns that impact quality or speed.
• Ensure Timely Turnaround: Meet internal SLAs for task completion to ensure partner practices and patients aren’t left waiting.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve tooling and automation.
• Continuously Improve: Participate in training and calibration to ensure ongoing quality and performance.

Operations Coordinator – Second Shift

• Design Workflow Allocation Systems: Build the operational systems and allocation logic that determine how work is segmented, prioritized, and distributed across internal teams and external operational capacity.
• Design Scalable Operating Models: Develop scalable workforce models and operational processes that improve throughput, quality, and operational efficiency as workflow complexity and customer volume grow.
• Managed Outsourced Operations: Own Valerie’s outsourced operations infrastructure, including partner onboarding, quality management, performance monitoring, escalations, and operational reviews.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, and Customer Strategy teams to improve operational scalability and support customer growth.
