Software Engineer

• Super user and site lead for the management and development of the CMMS system
• Planning and distribution of works orders and planned maintenance.
• Keeping Engineering department updated on outstanding actions
• Work closely with the Asset Care Manager to aid with implementation of the CMMS System
• Raising purchase orders for corrective and improvement work
• Work in conjunction with the Engineering Management team to ensure all Engineering health and safety documentation for contractor site visits is up to date and stored in the relevant contractor folder.

• Work alongside the Lead HR Business Partner in supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and site-based teams while delivering both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on people support.
• Coach and support line managers on employee relations matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
