About the role
- Support the development and ongoing management of the wealth platform proposition, ensuring it meets client needs and supports investment solutions effectively
- Ensure the Morningstar Wealth Proposition position is optimized externally through various channels, including comparison and research tools used by Financial Planning Professionals
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, informing proposition enhancements and strategic decisions
- Ensure effective governance frameworks are in place and adhered to, supporting risk management and regulatory compliance across platform operations
- Utilize data analytics to monitor platform performance, client behaviour, and investment trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure the platform proposition supports business growth, profitability, and client retention
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments, relevant legislation ensuring the platform and investment support functions operate within all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product, compliance, technology, operations, marketing and sales teams, to deliver a cohesive and market-leading proposition
Requirements
- Proven experience in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial services proposition management
- Strong understanding of platform operations, investment products, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to conduct competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in governance and risk management within a regulated environment
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
