About the role
- Oversee the delivery and support of enterprise applications
- Act as the Process Owner for critical ITIL-based processes
- Lead the development and maintenance of service operations and delivery strategy
- Engage with value centres to understand business strategy
- Ensure effective management and resolution of service issues
- Identify and manage the Continuous Service Improvement plan
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of delivery management of outsourced IT services
- Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and meet agreed service levels
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to improve service delivery processes, tools, and practices
- Oversee the resolution of major incidents and problems
- Manage and mentor service delivery teams
