Full-stack Engineer

• Build, extend, and polish the library of fundamental models behind Virtual Jar's coagulation train, including organics/UV254, turbidity, pH, coagulation chemistry, and related pre-oxidation, adsorption, and filtration effects
• Deliver new model versions and model types into repositories in Python
• Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to refine and pressure-test scope and requirements
• Apply literature-grounded functional forms, calibration, hold-out validation, parameter discipline, uncertainty reporting, and production-quality code within a Git workflow
• Develop optimization models across coagulant and adjacent treatment processes, including organic-polymer coagulants, filtration, pre-oxidation, and adsorption
• Work with software development engineers on model specifications, calibration, validation, performance, and documentation
• Partner with subject-matter experts to incorporate regulatory drivers such as TOC removal requirements, SUVA-based alternative compliance, and DBP rules
