Key responsibilities & impact

Drive outbound prospecting into municipal water and wastewater utilities and industrial accounts.
Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Build and run multi-touch cadences in Salesloft.
Research and enrich target accounts using ZoomInfo.
Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book qualified discovery meetings.
Translate account research into tailored outreach and talk tracks.
Support conference and event preparation to increase booth traffic and prospect engagement.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activity and contacts in Salesforce.
Report on activity volume and qualified meetings booked.
Collaborate with Water Treatment Specialists to refine target account tiers and messaging.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with high-volume phone-based and email outreach.
Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to learn Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
