About the role
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to brand leadership and business partners
- Transform large, complex datasets into strategic insights through technical analysis
- Support digital marketing team on deriving customer insights into marketing channel performance
- Collaborate with CRM, digital marketing, and brand marketing teams to optimize site strategy and share best practices across URBN analytics groups
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Build, distribute, and maintain automated SQL-based reporting solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and translating insights into business recommendations, ideally within retail or ecommerce
- 2–3 years of experience writing and executing complex SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and customer funnel metrics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, logical problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A team player who can also work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
