Responsible for entering and revising purchase orders for both selling channels.
Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through consistent communication and follow-up with vendors, cross functional partners, distribution center and buying team.
Act as liaison between the vendor and the buyer; responsible for vendor follow-up such as updating discounts on POs for late deliveries, closing orders, processing RTVs for defective or poor quality merchandising”
Develop strong vendor communication skills; set up new vendors and assist them with compliance questions.
Tend to vendor requests and PO maintenance.
Ensure proper set up and maintenance of SKUS in IP, MTS, and Sterling (via B2c) including pricing, costing, loads, descriptions, attributes, shipping restrictions and up charges.
Enter price changes and ticket requests when necessary
Manage backorders and any customer service inquiries
Work in synergy with Buying, Planning, Allocation and Ecommerce teams toward common goals for the merchandise area.
Partner with Merchandising and Web Producers to ensure timely activations of products.
Monitor/Audit website for changes based on inventory, sales, newness and trends.

Requirements

Management experience is a plus.

Experienced in Outlook, Word, Excel, and some math required.
