About the role

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with (Account Payout Network) APN and mobile wallet operators.
  • Drive regional growth through go-to-market strategies, pricing proposals, and new product initiatives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contract compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, transaction processing, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with finance, treasury, and compliance teams on settlements, liquidity, and reconciliations.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and product teams to support solution development and customization.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze market data, and resolve service quality issues to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Align cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with business, compliance, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Support internal teams in resolving service quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Around 5–6 years of experience building and managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, or expanding partner networks.
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within remittance, digital payments, or banking—but we’re open to related industries if you bring strong transferable skills
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, or a related field.
