About the role
- Build, maintain, and optimize partner-facing APIs and integrations
- Develop resilient Python services and contribute to Java partner/internal services
- Troubleshoot integrations, investigate data, and improve reliability and performance
- Shape reusable tooling to accelerate partner onboarding and enablement
- Partner deeply with cross-functional teams (marketing, data science, design) to align technical solutions
- Drive quality through documentation, observability improvements, and clear delivery expectations
- Own technical relationships across vetting, launching, growing, and maintaining partner lifecycle
Requirements
- Innate curiosity for improving quality, scalability, and observability
- Passionate about building resilient partner-facing systems that drive measurable business value
- Analytical mindset with a knack for experimenting, learning, iterating, and growing
- Foundational debugging skills to investigate data, build hypotheses, and make meaningful improvements
- A desire to apply generative AI across the SDLC (from ideation and design to coding, testing, and release)
- Experience or interest in Python (primary) and Java (partner APIs and internal services)
- Experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, CloudWatch)
- Experience with Snowflake and DBT
- Experience with logging/metrics tooling and GitHub Actions
- Experience integrating with external partners and building partner-facing APIs
- Comfortable documenting decisions, communicating tradeoffs, and owning technical relationships through partner lifecycles
- Comfortable complying with hybrid in-office attendance (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC
