Infrastructure Engineer

• Contribute to infrastructure initiatives that improve platform reliability, security, and developer experience, such as CI/CD pipeline improvements, cost optimization, and automation of manual workflows.
• Collaborate with teammates and product engineers to identify pain points in build, test, or deploy workflows and deliver well-scoped improvements using existing platform tools and patterns and developing new ones where needed.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code modules using Terraform, helping maintain and extend AWS resources in a reliable and consistent way.

Senior Software Engineer

Operations

• Be a thought leader/owner in the development and maintenance of reporting that surfaces Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights across Consumer Operations channels.
• Build scalable, automated reports and dashboards that highlight customer sentiment, recurring issues, friction points, and experience trends.
• Partner with Consumer Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure VOC insights are actionable and regularly incorporated into decision-making.
• Use data to connect customer feedback to operational drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Own the operational effectiveness of core Consumer Operations systems, including Zendesk, Retool, Slack integrations, and related tooling.
• Ensure systems are stable, scalable, well-integrated, and optimized for frontline and back-office teams.
• Act as the technical point of accountability for system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and develop a small but high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and automation.
• Oversee all aspects of the monthly and annual close process, including preparation of complex month-end journal entries
• Oversee the employee expense reporting system.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure business decisions are appropriately accounted for in the financial statements
• Direct all financial statement audits and income tax reporting with third party providers.

Account Manager

• Work with Upside and partner product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver meaningful consumer acquisition for Upside and transaction growth for our retailers
• Lead partners through implementation and launch to long-term partner management and expansion, promoting trust and belief throughout their partnership with Upside
• Ensure timely, in-full delivery of partnership deal terms. Establish and monitor performance metrics as needed to ensure commitments are met.
• Lead regular partnership reviews, interpreting raw performance data to build performance reports, case studies, and business cases
• Identify and implement expansion opportunities, negotiating deal terms and managing the contractual process to extract maximum value for Upside
• Maintain and improve a cross-functional playbook of partnership standards to influence future deal terms and partnership launches
• Maintain Partnership account health at multiple levels across partner business, including senior executives, and predict and address concerns before they lead to churn risk

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

System Administrator

• Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Upside’s GTM Technology Stack (Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, Outreach, Etc.), ensuring platform reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Deliver production support by troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving issues raised by end users and integrated systems, with a focus on root-cause resolution.
• Support program management for the Salesforce domain, including roadmap definition, backlog grooming, prioritization, and delivery planning in partnership with business partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Document business requirements, solution designs, and system behavior to ensure clarity, alignment, and long-term maintainability.
• Design and implement automation (including flows, validations, and AI-enabled capabilities) to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scale.
