Compliance

• Ensure end‑to‑end regulatory compliance across UPS Customs Brokerage operations.
• Support internal stakeholders and external customers on customs and trade compliance matters.
• Research, evaluate, and interpret complex U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and Participating Government Agency (PGA) requirements.
• Proactively communicate compliance guidance to brokerage leadership, operations teams, and customers.
