About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust plant floor devices
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnose faults and repair breakdowns
Respond quickly to emergencies
Install, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, and control panels
Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in sortation equipment
Assist in installing new machinery and upgrading existing systems
Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper use of PPE

Requirements

What you’ll need

Programming experience including troubleshooting and basic understanding of networks
Motor control theory
Equipment maintenance including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Qualification to a minimum standard of level 3
