• Leads membership growth, volunteer support, and community engagement within the communities of Clallam, Jefferson, and Mason Counties.
• Responsible for recruiting and retaining girls and volunteers, building strong community partnerships, and serving as the primary support partner for volunteers through coaching, problem-solving, and connection to council tools and resources.
• Works across teams to deliver responsive service, strengthen the volunteer experience, and help create inclusive opportunities for girls and families.
• Travels regularly within assigned geographic area to support volunteers, recruitment efforts, and community engagement activities.

General

• Maintains the property reservation database in partnership with the property reservation team
• Provides administrative, calendaring and helpdesk support for the property reservations system and team
• Helps coordinate property availability calendars for guest reservations
• Provides updated confirmation packets to guests within a timely manner
• Performs data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Provides prompt, accurate answers to guest queries utilizing CRM – Salesforce
• Works closely with the Customer Care team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Serves as the first point of contact for inquiries providing the highest level of guest service
• Attends community and GSWW events to advertise property availability and usage
