Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years of progressive non-profit development experience
Proficiency in institutional relationship building and frontline fundraising
Experience with foundation research, government grant applications and requirements
Familiarity with grant fundraising processes, program development, grant writing and grant stewardship
Ability to collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders including senior leadership to meet proposal and reporting deadlines
Bachelor's degree in non-profit management or another relevant field preferred
