Sales

• Focus on understanding customer needs and provide them with technical expertise and advice.
• Foster relationships with customers and external collaborators - become a trusted partner and build influence.

Manager, Technical Sales

Supply Chain

• Lead the end to end supply chain planning and execution activities for UPM Graphics.
• Ensure that all planning and service actions support one graphics business made up of three brands.
• Lead the full S&OP process including demand review, supply review and regional S&OPs.
• Create accurate forecasts using historical data, customer insights and commercial input.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain capacity models for both sites and ensure coating and converting teams understand expected load.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics providers to ensure reliable, cost effective and efficient delivery performance.

Global Supply Chain Manager – Graphics

Engineer

• Develop and optimize chemical, fuel, and refining processes based on economic performance and sustainability considerations
• Focus on modeling our biorefinery, including assessing the impacts of new installations and retrofits
• Participate in all phases of technology development and investment projects – from early-stage concept development to implementation (e.g. scale-up and scale down)
• Collaborate with team members and technology partners to ensure modeling is achieved effectively and efficiently

Process Modeling and Simulation Engineer

Operations

• Create and improve new and existing biorefining process concepts based on economic performance and sustainability considerations
• Participate in all phases of technology development and investment projects – from early-stage concept development to implementation (e.g. scale-up and scale down)
• Collaborate with technology experts, R&D, engineering, production sites, and external partners (e.g. engineering companies, equipment vendors)
• Translate innovation ideas into practical development plans and scalable process solutions
• Lead and coordinate internal and external workstreams, while also contributing directly to process development activities
• Support the development of sustainable, high-performance biorefining technologies and document key learnings (e.g. basis of design, process design packages, etc.)

Engineer/Manager, Process Development

• Drive consistent execution of commercial priorities across the region to support business objectives and profitable growth
• Translate business strategy into clear goals, priorities, and actions for Territory Sales Managers
• Spend time in the field with the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and development support through regular customer visits and ride-alongs
• Strengthen pipeline management practices and help the team improve sales execution throughout the customer journey
• Coach and support high-value sales opportunities to increase win rates and overall sales effectiveness
• Promote pricing discipline and commercial excellence while balancing customer value and business performance
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance
• Lead performance, pipeline, and territory reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support continuous improvement
