Accounting Manager

• Ejecutar y dar soporte a los procesos de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual, asegurando calidad, consistencia y cumplimiento de plazos.
• Analizar información financiera y explicar variaciones relevantes, garantizando la confiabilidad de los reportes.

Business Accounting and Reporting Analyst

Procurement

• Lead and develop procurement teams located in China and Malaysia, fostering strong collaboration and a “one-team” mindset
• Oversee regional material planning, forecasting, ordering, and inventory level optimization
• Manage and increase supplier performance, with emphasis on both local and international suppliers
• Resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely and structured manner
• Coordinate and interface with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost‑efficient inbound material flow
• Monitor and drive key KPIs related to delivery performance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and relevant procurement and planning metrics

Procurement Manager

Architect

• Lead the architecture and roadmap execution of the Integration & Automation Services platform
• Design and model your platform architectures in alignment with UPM Enterprise Architecture principles
• Build and maintain Integration & Automation guidelines, architectural patterns and best practices
• Consult and support business projects in contributor or Integrations lead role
• Evaluate new technologies, capabilities, and architectural patterns and introduce them in a controlled manner
• Drive the evolution of Integration Automation services platform as a team with Platform Owner and Architect
• Onboard, lead and manage external development partners, ensuring architectural quality and consistency

IT Architect, Integration Services

Backend Engineer

• Lead UPM’s ERP Platform Architecture (SAP Basis – AWS based foundation, S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, DevOps, NetWeaver, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, SAP Clean Core, SAP Extensions & cloud solutions)
• Model platform architectures in alignment with UPM Enterprise Architecture principles and target towards cloud‑native, automated, and clean‑core SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate with peer platform architects closely (e.g., ERP Security, Integration, and SAP Cloud setup across BTP, and SaaS solutions etc.)
• Contribute into Platform roadmap planning and lead the execution of it, driving lifecycle modernization, adoption of new SAP technologies, AWS capabilities, and platform automation.
• Own and develop UPM’s ERP design & development principles, guidelines, processes and ways of working.
• Onboard, lead and manage our development partners.
• Provide ERP Architecture guidance & support to projects & business IT teams to align with UPM architecture principles and industry best practices.
• Collaborate and communicate both with technical and business stakeholders in various forums.

SAP Platform Architect
