Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment
- Proven experience leading B2B sales organizations
- Strong track record of improving sales performance and execution
- Effective coaching and team development skills
- Strong commercial acumen in pricing and negotiation
- Hands-on leadership with a strategic approach to business priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in English
