About the role

  • Serve as frontline advocate for dealership partners to ensure they achieve maximum value from UpdatePromise platform
  • Train and service new clients on the full suite of products and provide follow-up support after onboarding
  • Build and maintain industry relationships to retain existing clients and find new potential clients
  • Travel throughout the country to manage accounts and ensure client success
  • Analyze client data and translate findings into recommendations and training for service personnel
  • Coach and train personnel in large groups and deliver business-level written and verbal communications
  • Report to Tyler Holman and collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term partner success

Requirements

  • An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
  • Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
  • Experience with work related travel
  • Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
  • A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with all levels of management including C-Level
  • Comfortable coaching and training individuals in large groups
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Quick learner used to fast paced environments and adaptable to change
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country to manage accounts
