About the role
- Serve as frontline advocate for dealership partners to ensure they achieve maximum value from UpdatePromise platform
- Train and service new clients on the full suite of products and provide follow-up support after onboarding
- Build and maintain industry relationships to retain existing clients and find new potential clients
- Travel throughout the country to manage accounts and ensure client success
- Analyze client data and translate findings into recommendations and training for service personnel
- Coach and train personnel in large groups and deliver business-level written and verbal communications
- Report to Tyler Holman and collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term partner success
Requirements
- An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
- Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
- Experience with work related travel
- Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
- A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with all levels of management including C-Level
- Comfortable coaching and training individuals in large groups
- Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Quick learner used to fast paced environments and adaptable to change
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
- Willingness to travel throughout the country to manage accounts
