Technical Lead

Product Manager

• Own and deliver the Nova roadmap with support from a Principal Product Manager, translating goals into a clear, prioritised backlog.
• Write and iterate prompts and conversation design, using strong product writing to improve clarity, empathy, and effectiveness.
• Set up and run evaluation and testing practices for Nova (qualitative + quantitative), identifying failure modes and improving reliability.
• Partner daily with clinical and data colleagues to ensure Nova is safe, clinically grounded, and continuously improving.
• Define success metrics, analyse outcomes, and share learnings through clear updates and thoughtful post-mortems.

Customer Success Manager

• The Senior Client Success Manager (sCSM) is responsible for driving measurable value, retention, and growth across a portfolio of strategic clients.
• This role partners closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to shape account strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure clients achieve clear business outcomes.
• The sCSM operates as a trusted advisor, using insight and strong judgement to anticipate risk, unlock opportunity, and lead structured, executive-level engagements.
