We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with preference given to agency experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable management.
Billing Cycle Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing for client projects; coordinate with media team to review insertion orders and reconcile media orders monthly; manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices; resolve billing discrepancies; act as client point of contact for billing inquiries.
Contract and Revenue Management: Assist in reviewing client statements of work and change orders; open billable projects; maintain detailed revenue forecasts; support revenue recognition per ASC 606; provide financial support to client account teams; produce monthly financial health reporting.
Ad hoc Support: Provide financial information or analysis for departments/clients including pricing analysis, staffing plans, invoice queries, audits, and client-specific reporting; participate in ad hoc projects as directed.

Client Finance Analyst

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for client projects, adhering to contractual terms and timelines
• Coordinate with media team to review insertion orders, reconcile media orders monthly, and ensure timely billing
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimize aged balances and bad debt exposure
• Work closely with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues and act as key point of contact for billing inquiries
• Assist in review and financial structuring of client contracts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain detailed revenue forecasts, support ASC 606 revenue recognition, and manage project financial setup
• Create and distribute monthly and quarterly reporting packages outlining billing, revenue, margins, and forecasts
• Provide insights to improve client profitability and operational efficiency
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis, pricing, staffing plans, invoice queries, audit responses, and client-specific contractual reporting

Senior Client Finance Analyst

Cloud Engineer

• As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing, automating, and securing our cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers to support containerized applications, streamline CI/CD workflows, and maintain secure, scalable environments. The Cloud Engineering team also handles DevOps responsibilities across the organization.
• Managing cloud environments (primarily AWS and GCP) with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
• Supporting container-based applications (e.g., ECS, Cloud Run, etc.) using Docker or equivalent technologies
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and manage infrastructure (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
• Responding to cloud security alerts and findings, and assisting in security posture improvements
• Participating in the team’s on-call rotation
• Supporting developers with database environments (mainly RDS and DocumentDB), ensuring performance and operational readiness
• Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate, troubleshoot, and code more efficiently

Marketing Analyst

• Role bridging client objectives with Unlock Health’s analytics solutions across multiple lines of business\n• Support existing analytics solutions portfolio, campaign reporting, and development of new analytic solutions and insights\n• Require consulting mindset, technical acumen, curiosity, and strong stakeholder communication\n• Gain understanding of products and services to create client value\n• Roll up sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions leveraging analytics\n• Ability to collate, wrangle, merge, and analyze data in tools like Tableau, LookerStudio, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake\n• Focus on marketing measurement, claims data analysis, and revenue strategy\n• Identify opportunities for deeper analytics work, design solutions, source data, and develop insights\n• Emphasize critical and strategic thinking
