The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with preference given to agency experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable management.
Billing Cycle Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing for client projects; coordinate with media team to review insertion orders and reconcile media orders monthly; manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices; resolve billing discrepancies; act as client point of contact for billing inquiries.
Contract and Revenue Management: Assist in reviewing client statements of work and change orders; open billable projects; maintain detailed revenue forecasts; support revenue recognition per ASC 606; provide financial support to client account teams; produce monthly financial health reporting.
Ad hoc Support: Provide financial information or analysis for departments/clients including pricing analysis, staffing plans, invoice queries, audits, and client-specific reporting; participate in ad hoc projects as directed.

Cloud Engineer

• As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing, automating, and securing our cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers to support containerized applications, streamline CI/CD workflows, and maintain secure, scalable environments. The Cloud Engineering team also handles DevOps responsibilities across the organization.
