• Collaborate with Client Experience leads and the client to develop Performance Marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Digital Specialists to design and construct Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations and use our tools to provide real time information and status updates to the larger client team.

Performance Media Manager

Account Manager

• Own day-to-day client relationships across a book of business, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor while maintaining accountability for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and long-term partnership health
• Lead multiple client accounts of varying size and complexity with appropriate oversight, ensuring clear, proactive, and effective client communication
• Provide strategic guidance by translating client business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps across brand, creative, content, performance marketing, digital experience, and web initiatives

Digital Account Manager

Director

• Serve as the lead architect for Unlock Media Control Platform and Unlock Performance Insights and participate in roadmap construction
• Lead a hybrid development team constructing and maintaining ad campaign tools developed in Node.JS, React, and Angular frameworks
• Oversee AI implementation and oversight for advanced campaign bidding strategies
• Set sprint cadences and oversee development methodologies that ensure fast-paced roadmap execution
• Manage vendor relationships with development contractor vendors
• Coordinate with Cloud Operations team on construction of DevOps pipelines to support regular deployment using robust testing and validation frameworks

Director, Media Platform Development

• Oversee the full lifecycle of client contracts from initiation through execution, amendments, and renewal.
• Maintain and optimize contract templates, clause libraries, and internal workflows to align with business goals and legal compliance.
• Track key contract milestones (renewals, terminations, performance obligations) and maintain accurate records.

Accounts Payable

• Own the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including review, approval coordination, accurate system entry, and payment processing
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms, payment methods, and contact information
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, credit card, and check)
• Monitor AP aging and invoice cycle times to ensure timely payment and resolve exceptions
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Follow up on outstanding checks and payment issues
• Maintain monthly AP reporting
• Assist with daily cashbook reconciliations
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries

Accounts Payable Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for client projects, with adherence to contractual terms and project timelines
• Coordinate with the Unlock media team to review insertion orders, ensure timely billing for all media activity, and reconcile media orders monthly to maintain billing accuracy and completeness
• Manage accounts receivable for clients, ensuring timely follow up on outstanding invoices and minimizing aged balances & bad debt exposure
• Work closely with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues, ensuring smooth cash flow and maintaining strong client relationships
• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, payment terms, and other financial related questions
• Assist in the review of client statements of work and/or change orders prior to execution
• Open billable projects based on client authorization
• Collaborate closely with client account teams to maintain detailed revenue forecast, ensuring monthly changes are communicated timely
• Support in revenue recognition process in accordance with accounting standards (ASC 606), ensuring revenue is recognized accurately across clients
• Provide financial support to client account teams including proactive communication around over/under servicing of project budgets
• Produce and distribute monthly financial health reporting detailing revenue and billing to client account teams; including variance to forecast

Billing Specialist

• Collect and review vendor invoices across broadcast, print and out-of-home channels to ensure alignment with media buys and insertion orders (IOs).
• Manage and maintain Unlock’s invoice system, ensuring it houses all vendor invoices for easy access by the finance team during audit periods.
• Resolve discrepancies between billed and purchased amounts by liaising with vendors and internal teams.
• Apply appropriate project numbers and vendor codes to invoices and escalate any issues requiring account team intervention.
• Track missing invoices and maintain updated records via the Media Details Report and Workamajig.
• Process credit memos and ensure proper documentation in Strata.
• Generate monthly actualized media spend reports using Strata for team flowchart updates.
• Maintain accurate monthly post-spend reports and ensure alignment with documented expenditures.
• Collaborate with media and accounting teams to streamline invoice processing and troubleshoot outstanding issues.
• Attend routine meetings to review financial reports and contribute insights for optimizing the billing process.
• Support invoice digitization efforts by coordinating with vendor representatives.
