Director, Client Experience

Billing Specialist

• Collect and review vendor invoices across broadcast, print and out-of-home channels to ensure alignment with media buys and insertion orders (IOs).
• Manage and maintain Unlock’s invoice system, ensuring it houses all vendor invoices for easy access by the finance team during audit periods.
• Resolve discrepancies between billed and purchased amounts by liaising with vendors and internal teams.
• Apply appropriate project numbers and vendor codes to invoices and escalate any issues requiring account team intervention.
• Track missing invoices and maintain updated records via the Media Details Report and Workamajig.
• Process credit memos and ensure proper documentation in Strata.
• Generate monthly actualized media spend reports using Strata for team flowchart updates.
• Maintain accurate monthly post-spend reports and ensure alignment with documented expenditures.
• Collaborate with media and accounting teams to streamline invoice processing and troubleshoot outstanding issues.
• Attend routine meetings to review financial reports and contribute insights for optimizing the billing process.
• Support invoice digitization efforts by coordinating with vendor representatives.

Media Billing Coordinator

Analyst

• Monitor Revenue vs. Spend at a granular level to ensure the campaign performance and profit targets are being met
• Identify accounts where performance is dipping or costs are spiking and proactively flag them
• Own the daily pacing reports, ensuring that spend remains optimized for maximum results
• Serve as the first point of contact for Client Experience and Media Ops teams
• Resolution of daily issues (data discrepancies, campaign performance questions, etc.)
• Take complex performance shifts and assist CX and Ops in the translation into client-ready stories

Performance Strategy Analyst

• Manage client performance media strategy, balancing it with content/SEO strategy.
• Solve campaign and account issues, both internally and externally with clients.
• Work directly with the Senior Director of Performance Marketing on team issues regarding performance and education/training needs.

• Own the onboarding and ongoing education program for SDRs to reduce ramp time and ensure consistent pipeline contribution.
• Build and refine the outbound motion, including sequencing, persona targeting, cadences, and messaging, in alignment with Marketing, ABM, and Sales leadership.
• Monitor SDR performance metrics (meetings booked, SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, activity productivity) and leverage data to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure tight Sales–SDR alignment through clear qualification criteria, smooth handoff processes, and real-time feedback loops.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing SDRs while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the adoption and optimization of sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, content management platforms, learning management systems).
