About the role
- Role bridging client objectives with Unlock Health’s analytics solutions across multiple lines of business\n
- Support existing analytics solutions portfolio, campaign reporting, and development of new analytic solutions and insights\n
- Require consulting mindset, technical acumen, curiosity, and strong stakeholder communication\n
- Gain understanding of products and services to create client value\n
- Roll up sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions leveraging analytics\n
- Ability to collate, wrangle, merge, and analyze data in tools like Tableau, LookerStudio, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake\n
- Focus on marketing measurement, claims data analysis, and revenue strategy\n
- Identify opportunities for deeper analytics work, design solutions, source data, and develop insights\n
- Emphasize critical and strategic thinking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred\n
- Healthcare experience required\n
- Agency or consulting experience preferred\n
- 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics role\n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
- Minimum 2 years professional experience creating dashboards and reports within Tableau\n
- Minimum 2 years professional experience with SQL
