Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field
3-5 years of experience in student loan servicing, default prevention, or financial aid in a higher education setting
Strong understanding of federal student loan programs and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable results
Nice to have: Previous people leadership experience, Master’s degree in business, Finance or related field
