Responsible for all invoices and credit memos
Assist the credit department with paperwork needed for collection of past due invoices or charge backs
Onboarding vendors and coding invoices
Assist in supporting team month end close
Draft deal write-up summaries and chase deal approvals via email
Updating and monitoring deal tracking logs on Monday.com
Developing presentation decks, one sheets, and other sales tools
Implementing new systems & guidelines for creative/product development
Assisting in miscellaneous office projects, i.e. merch giveaways, shipping samples, organizing storage closets

Requirements

Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
