Requirements
- 2+ years proven outbound appointment setting experience (insurance/financial a plus)
- Experience working remotely with a home office setup and reliable high-speed internet
- Prior use of auto-dialers, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and MS Office
- Strong communicator with superior phone etiquette and the ability to genuinely connect
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven—no robots here!
