Identify, evaluate, analyze and recommend changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shooting
Support planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems
Lead and/or coordinate conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures
Participate and provide input in training design and development and assist in training execution related to assigned projects
Provide go-live support and serve as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting
Serve within Epic Ambulatory Applications team and collaborate with UHS IT and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience OR Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role
Epic Ambulatory certification(s) (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) (preferred)
MyChart experience (preferred)
Order transmittal experience (preferred)
Experience with application/system testing, conversions, documentation, training design/support (implied by role responsibilities)
Ability to provide go-live support and ongoing maintenance/troubleshooting (implied)
