About the role

  • Champion the Customer product: validate and articulate product vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap outlining key initiatives and features
  • Engage stakeholders across sales, marketing, service, and operations to gather requirements and prioritize impactful features
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and prioritize roadmap items
  • Take full ownership of the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories and epics
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final product meets requirements
  • Monitor Salesforce feature performance, analyze user adoption, and define metrics to measure release success

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core capabilities)
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking with focus on long-term product success and business value
  • English at a minimum B2 level (application question)
