Account Manager

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with key letting agent partners, serving as their main point of contact.
• Maximise client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts with key clients to boost company revenue.
• Manage multiple accounts without compromising service quality, ensuring clients are aware of our full range of products and services.
• Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators), analyse data, and identify trends to maximise client growth and enhance business development strategies.
• Compile reports on client progression and success, delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the business development and business support teams to support team objectives and ensure clients' administrative needs are met, with a particular focus on onboarding new clients and embedding best practices from day one to ensure a long-lasting and successful partnership.
• Assist in marketing and technology activities, maintaining high standards of account data in our CRM.
• Visit clients on average one day per week and occasional overnight stays; report to a Senior Account Manager and collaborate with account managers and business support team.

Business Development Rep

• Spearhead and manage Business Development activity in London for UniHomes.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio of letting agents and onboard them to the UniHomes platform.
• Implement and refine business development strategies tailored to London.
• Leverage CRM analytics (Salesforce) to track, analyse and optimise sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to align growth strategies.
• Regularly conduct field sales with a presence in London to win new business.
• Maintain high standards of account data within CRM to maximise onboarding opportunities.
• Report on and deliver KPIs to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Serve as escalation point for advertising issues for client portfolio.

Business Development Manager

UniHomes is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our business development efforts in the university towns and cities in the East of England. Take ownership of building and nurturing your own client portfolio, engaging with, and onboarding new letting agents to the UniHomes platform, implementing and refining our business development strategies in the East of England, leveraging CRM analytics and ensuring the achievement of KPIs is met to deliver our ambitious targets. Identify, target, and engage with potential student letting agents and property partners in the East of England to win new business. Create and nurture your own B2B leads with a focus on turning those leads into new clients of UniHomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Develop and refine business development strategies tailored to the East of England market and feedback any improvements to the Head of Sales. Report and deliver on KPIs. Serve as the key contact for addressing and resolving advertising issues for your client portfolio. Utilise Salesforce to track, analyse and optimise sales activity. Collaborate with in-house marketing and technology teams. Regular presence in the East of England to assist winning new business. Maintain high standards of account data within CRM.
