Account Executive

• Own and execute a territory plan for the Central US, with a focus on large law firms across key metro areas such as Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, knowledge management leaders, and innovation teams at target firms.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position UniCourt's data platform as a tailored solution.
• Manage complex deal cycles involving implementation, integration, and data partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine messaging, share market intelligence, and inform go-to-market strategy.
• Represent UniCourt at Central regional legal industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Stay current on competitive landscape, market trends, and developments in the Southeast legal market.
• Drive individual sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.

Senior Account Executive – Central

Product Manager

• Lead product initiatives across docketing, analytics, workflow, and platform capabilities
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities, timelines, and execution plans
• Drive product initiatives from early concept through launch and iteration
• Work closely with Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality product releases
• Partner with Design and Engineering to improve usability, scalability, and platform performance
• Coordinate communication and alignment between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in product decision-making
• Conduct customer interviews, usage analysis, and competitive research to identify opportunities and improve product direction
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and usage insights
• Help identify areas for workflow optimization and enhanced customer experience
• Stay informed on legal technology trends, litigation workflows, and evolving customer needs
• Support the development of billing, subscription, and usage-tracking functionality
• Contribute to RBAC (role-based access control), permissions, and enterprise administration design decisions
• Collaborate on API-related initiatives, structured data workflows, and enterprise platform functionality

Product Manager – Applications

• Investigate discrepancies, gaps, and issues involving court, case, and master data using Kibana and internal monitoring tools
• Document findings and communicate issues to Product and Engineering leadership
• Monitor internal tracking and alert systems to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues
• Assist with troubleshooting broken portals, integrations, and data feeds
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to track ETAs, issue resolution, and product deliverables
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to new products, features, and integrations
• Support the Senior Product Manager with execution and follow-through on operational initiatives
• Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and bug tracking within Jira and Google Workspace
• Research court document availability, limitations, and coverage for internal stakeholders and Sales inquiries
• Ensure new court portal opportunities are properly analyzed and prioritized within the Court Onboarding roadmap
• Assist with outreach and follow-up communication with courts regarding data feeds and bulk extracts
• Coordinate legal review and approvals related to court portals and bulk data contracts
• Triage requests for manual case imports from PACER and other supported courts
• Assist with tracking operational costs associated with bots, subscriptions, and court data feeds
• Help maintain organized workflows and operational processes across the Court Data team
