About the role
- Partner closely with customers to understand their scientific challenges and data structures, ensuring seamless onboarding and data structure.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in statistical modeling and experimentation strategies, helping clients design experiments that get the most value from our platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction based on customer feedback and real-world usage patterns.
Requirements
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics, preferably in a scientific or engineering domain.
- Experience working with R&D, scientific data, or physical experimentation workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset—comfortable translating technical concepts into business and scientific value.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales data science.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Exposure to product development processes in materials, chemicals, pharma, or adjacent industries.
