• Takes responsibility to track, report, and communicate the department’s performance and value, by helping to set appropriate levels of visibility and accountability across the organization.
• Serves as a change agent, supporting both the identification and application of new project management concepts and driving the spread of best practices organization-wide while resolving issues and breaking down barriers along the way.
• Creates a cohesive, high-performing team of senior program/project managers and senior business analysts who provide leadership that engages ePMO staff, including the clear establishment of performance expectations, coaching, performance management, career development, reward and recognition, and positive morale.
